500 Signed Legal Releases - 2005
Ink on Paper
11" x 8.5" x 4"

“…legal consultants who were released from their cage to thrust a contract and a pen into your hand for a quick signature. A brief glance at the paperwork before signing identified the document as a form of “risk and release of liability”…” Marcus Cain, Review
God's Will Over Man - 2005
Acrylic on Canvas
60" x 42"

“Ford’s seductively painted version, however, offers a sly trap. Hidden in the lower portion of the composition, below the hand-written phrase “God’s Will Over Man,” is an inverted, pre-9/11 skyline of New York City that serves as a mirroring reflection-a struggle for the “Holy Land” re-personified for a new generation. This particular welcome to the 21st century is, indeed, quite a scary invitation.” Marcus Cain, Review

“…as robotic animals and roaming photographers ran underfoot, as searchlights glared from the corners, as grilled meat and whiskey perfumed the machine-made fog in the air and dogs barked in pens.”-Steve Paul, The Kansas City Star

“…Spiegel im Spiegel (Mirror in the Mirror) by German Composer Arvo Part in a cyclical manner for an astounding four hours. Among all of the possible “attractions” in this carnival, the presence of these musicians caught in a haunting loop of performance was perhaps the most captivating and made the most use of absurdities that surrounded it. A wonderfully surreal moment was caught taking in their performance as young child danced around them with a small remote-controlled animal carcass chasing her throughout the thick fog.” Marcus Cain, Review
